The iconic blue jersey of the 1982 Italian World Cup team is one of the most recognizable and beloved football shirts in history. It is a symbol of Italy's third World Cup victory, and of one of the greatest teams to ever play the game.

The jersey was designed by Ennio Capasa, the founder of the fashion label Costume National. Capasa was inspired by the Italian flag, and the jersey's simple yet elegant design perfectly captured the spirit of the Italian team.

The jersey was made from a lightweight and breathable fabric, which was ideal for the hot Spanish summer in which the tournament was held. It also featured a V-neckline and a collar, which gave it a classic and timeless look.

The jersey was worn by some of the greatest Italian players of all time, including Paolo Rossi, Marco Tardelli, and Gaetano Scirea. Rossi won the Golden Boot at the tournament with six goals, and Tardelli's iconic celebration after scoring in the final against West Germany is one of the most famous images in World Cup history.
