This product can be purchased seperately or with a jersey you would like the name and number added to. We have all name / number sets for all 22/23 season jerseys available - home, away, third, fourth or GK.
You can choose a player name and number or any name and number of your choice including your own name / number combination.
If you are purchasing a name / number set with a jersey, we will add the name / number to your jersey for you prior to shipping your order.

If you are purchasing more than one jersey, please add a note at checkout to specify which name you would like applied to which jersey.
If you are purchasing this product seperately, please also add the CLUB NAME in the name / number field above.

Please note customised jerseys and name sets may have a longer delivery timeframe as we do not stock ALL name sets.
