The AC Milan 1988/89 Home Retro Jersey brings together the Rossoneri’s red and black stripes, Mediolanum sponsor and Baresi 6 printing. The tricolour shield and gold star on the chest complete a design closely associated with Arrigo Sacchi’s Milan.

With Franco Baresi as captain, Milan’s European campaign produced a remarkable 5–0 semi-final win over Real Madrid at San Siro. Victory over Steaua Bucharest followed in the final, securing the club’s third European Cup.
