Refund policy

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

You can start a return or exchange in three ways. We aim to respond within 2 business days and will work to resolve things promptly.

In Store Visit us at our retail store.

Via Email Email us at info@italiansportswearcollection.com with your order number and the details of your request. We'll send you return instructions from there. Once your item is received, exchanges and refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.

Via the Returns Portal Visit our return requests page. A customer account is required.

  1. Log in using your email address — you'll receive a six-digit verification code to complete sign-in

  2. Select the order you wish to return

  3. Choose the item(s), select a return reason, and add any notes

  4. Click Request return

Once approved, we'll email you return instructions. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your item.


EXCEPTIONS

Our returns policy does not apply to jerseys personalised with a custom name and/or number (i.e. not an official player name). These cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

An item is considered faulty if it arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. General wear and tear, or damage to jerseys and heat-pressed customisations caused by machine washing or tumble drying, does not constitute a fault — please refer to our Jersey Care guide for how to keep your kit in the best condition.

If you believe your item is faulty, email us at info@italiansportswearcollection.com and we'll organise a return assessment. Where a fault is confirmed, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund at your preference. Please include original packaging and tags where possible.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. If you're exchanging an item, we'll ship your replacement free of charge. Delivery timeframes for exchanges will vary depending on your location and stock availability — we'll keep you informed throughout.

 

ORDER CHANGES

If you need to amend an order after payment has been completed, contact us as soon as possible at info@italiansportswearcollection.com with your order number. We can't guarantee changes once an order is placed, but we'll always do our best.
