Refund policy

We understand that there may be times when you will need to exchange or return a product purchased from us. To allow you to shop with confidence, we offer a flexible, no-hassle returns and exchange policy.

 

We accept exchanges in store at our Leichhardt retail store and via post.

 

At Itasport we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange on most full price items. The following change of mind timeframes apply:

 

  • In store: 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Online (Australia/New Zealand): 30 days from date of delivery.
  • Online orders (click and collect): 30 days from date of collection.

 

The date of delivery is the date of delivery as stated by Australia Post tracking information.


Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, items returned within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:

 

  • Proof of purchase is submitted via email
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact (unless the item is faulty)
  • Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.


TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

To arrange an exchange or return, simply contact us at info@italiansportswearcollection.com with your order number and details of your request. We respond to all requests within 24hrs of receipt. 

 

Exceptions to our exchange and return policy

Our exchange and return policy does not apply to the following merchandise:

 

  • Face masks
    Due to health and hygiene reasons, face masks are unable to be returned or exchanged
  • Jerseys with Custom Lettering
    Customised Jerseys which have been customised with any name and / or number that is not a player name and / or number cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for change of mind.

RETURNS

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and do everything we can to ensure you are. If for any reason you are unsatisfied and would like to return your item, please send us an email at info@italiansportswearcollection.com with details of your order and reason for return. 

 

We respond to all requests within 24hrs of receipt and will do our best to resolve the issue in a speedy manner, and to your satisfaction.

 

Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis however providing the item is returned in the exact same condition as it was received, we are happy to offer you a full refund minus the cost of shipping (if applicable) and any discounts applied, if for any reason you wish to return your purchase.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we do require proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as we are unable to provide a refund for purchases not returned to us.

 

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery of your order.

 

We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the products within 5 working days of the date we receive the returned item(s). 

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the time of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

 

If you think a product is faulty, please contact us and we will assist you with organising to return the product. 

 

If the item is deemed faulty, we will either issue a refund for the price you paid for the product or, if you wish, provide a replacement.

 

Where possible, please use or include with the product being returned, all original packaging and tags/labels.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item however if you are seeking to exchange your item we will happily ship your new item free of charge. 

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on the availability of stock and where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will communicate with you as to the expected timeframe at the time of arranging your exchange.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you need to make any changes to an order once it has already been submitted and payment is complete, please contact us as soon as possible at info@italiansportswearcollection.com with your order number. Please note we cannot guarantee any changes.
