We ship within Australia and internationally to most countries, using Australia Post and a variety of trusted international delivery partners.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer Express International Shipping at this time. Please note the above timeframes are estimates of average shipping delivery timeframes as provided by Australia Post. These timeframes do not include order processing time which in most cases is 1-3 business days.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Most orders for domestic delivery within Australia are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please see the above shipping rates and times for estimated delivery timeframes.

When you track your parcel using the AusPost app or the Australia Post online tracking tool you will get an expected delivery date.

Australia Post will update your tracking as your item progresses and send you a notification if it’s running late. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Once your order is received, our team will prepare your order for international shipment including preparation of the necessary customs documentation.

In most cases your item will leave our store within 2-3 business days. Please refer to the above “Shipping Rates & Delivery Time” for further information on international shipping timeframes.

An Important Note for Our International Customers in the US, Canada, UK & Europe

Please note that the order status for international customers in the above countries does take longer to update. 

1) You will receive an initial shipping confirmation email from us as soon as your order has been shipped

2) You will then receive a shipping update email when your package arrives in the destination country and is being prepared for customs clearance by our local shipping partner (FedEx, DHL etc). This shipping update will contain your "last mile" tracking number so you can track your order as it progresses towards the delivery.

3) You will also receive an out for delivery email on the day your order is due to be delivered to you.

Please rest assured if your order status has not yet updated this does NOT mean your item has not been shipped. In the unlikely event there is a delay in shipping your order, we will let you know right away.

We have full oversight over your parcel at all times and if your item is showing as being fulfilled but not yet displaying tracking information, it IS on it's way and your order will update with tracking once the package arrives in your country and a last mile tracking number is allocated by the local delivery partner.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Please double check that the item you ordered was not a pre-order, retro or customised item by checking the product description on our website.

If your item was not in any of the above categories, it is possible your item may have been delayed due to other factors. We aim to process your order as soon as possible and if there is any unforeseen delay, our team will be in touch.

If you item is delayed for any reason, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to Express Post - free of charge, to ensure you receive your item in the shortest time possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DOMESTIC ORDERS STANDARD & EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia wide on all orders over $150AUD. For orders under $150AUD a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies.

We offer the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for $9.95 for Australian delivery addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS STANDARD SHIPPING
Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address entered.  Charges for international shipping vary according to the shipping zone in which the country of delivery is classified.

International shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS EXPRESS SHIPPINGUnfortunately we are unable to offer Express Shipping for international orders at this time.

Australia wide
For deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post Parcel Post & Express Post services, both of which provide full tracking information for you to track your delivery.

International
Most international orders are shipped from our retail store in Australia (using Australia Post) or in some instances, direct from our warehouse. All international orders are shipped using standard international shipping and provide full tracking for your peace of mind.

Yes! You can collect your order in person at our Leichhardt Retail Store.

Please select local pickup at checkout.

You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be collected. In most cases this will be within 1 business day however this does not apply to retro, pre-order or customised items.

Click and collect orders can be collected from our Leichhardt retail store during normal business hours. For store opening hours please see our contact page.

Shipping insurance is completely optional however for a small fee, it does gives you peace of mind should your parcel go missing, be lost in transit or damaged. When you elect to take out shipping insurance you bypass the usual investigation process if in the unfortunate event your package goes missing in transit, is damaged during transit or is declared lost by the shipping provider.

If you elect to take out shipping insurance at the time of placing your order we will immediately ship you a replacement should anything go wrong with your delivery so you don't have to wait for the outcome of a shipping investigation.

Please note shipping insurance covers only parcels that are declared to be missing, lost in transit or damaged by the shipping provider. Shipping insurance does not cover parcels that are confirmed delivered and subsequently stolen or misplaced after delivery has occurred.

JERSEYS

In most cases yes.

Jerseys that already come with the name and number included can be identified by the name and / or description ie. Italy Home Jersey 23/24 with name / Number

If we offer customisation on a particular jersey you will notice a NAME / NUMBER field on the product page below the size selection. You must enter your requested name / number before adding to cart.

If you don’t see a NAME / NUMBER field and you wish to have your jersey customised with name / number please contact our team via email at enquiries@italiansportswearcollection.com for further information.

Is name and number included in the price of the jersey?

Jerseys that already come with the name and number included can be identified by the name and / or description ie. 1994/95 Italy Home Jersey R. Baggio #10

From time to time we may offer free customisation on certain products. This will be indicated in the product description.

All customisation uses official lettering with the exception of kids jerseys which use the unofficial lettering.

Yes! You can have any name added to your jersey, simply add your chosen name and number in the "add name / number" field BEFORE adding to cart.

If you don’t see a NAME / NUMBER field and you wish to have your jersey customised with name / number please contact our team via email at enquiries@italiansportswearcollection.com for further information.

Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jerseys with "custom" names  ( ie. a name that is not a player name)

Many of our jerseys do come with patches - please see the product description and images.

ItaSport stocks a very large range of patches both retro and current season and we can add just about any patch you would like to any jersey. If we don't have it in stock we can more than likely source it for you.

While we do have our most popular patches listed online, we have a much larger range in-store so if you are after a patch that isn't listed, you can email us at enquiries@italiansportswearcollection.com, contact us in our live chat or call our store on 02) 8668 5914 before proceeding with your order to confirm availability.

We are constantly updating the products available on our website and are receiving new deliveries in-store every week.  We also have an extensive range of products available in our retail store which may not be displayed online yet.  

If you are looking for something in particular, feel free to give us a call or send us an email at enquiries@italiansportswearcollection.com and if we don’t stock it, there’s a good chance we can source it for you through our extensive supplier network.

In most cases unless otherwise specified, jerseys are standard sizing. Please refer to the size chart or even check an existing shirt you own for your correct size. 

Please note the exception to this is authentic versions which are a slim fit. Please see the product description for further details on selecting the right size in authentic version jerseys.

We offer a 30 day no-hassle exchange and return policy so you can easily exchange your purchase should you need a different size. Please note for exchanges the return postage is the responsibility of the customer however we will cover the cost of return postage for your replacement.

When it comes to washing your favourite jersey, we strongly recommend that you please only wash them in cold water by hand. Like any delicate fabric with adornments, jerseys are not designed to be machine washed.

Jerseys have delicate materials such as Club logo's, embroidery and heat pressed customisations which will not withstand repeated machine washing.

The care instructions on the garment may state that the item is suitable for machine washing however this refers to the garment BEFORE it has had any additional customisation options applied such as heat pressed or printed sponsor logo's, patches, or name / number printing. This does not take into account any customisations that may be added later as these are not always added by the manufacturer.

Handwashing your jersey in cold water using a mild, gentle detergent will ensure your jersey remains in pristine condition for as long as possible and significantly reduce the chance of damaging any customisation. Once you have handwashed the jersey, we recommend leaving the jersey to dry flat in the shade.

Tips to ensure your jersey remains in pristine condition:

  • Separate jerseys from other laundry. It is recommended to hand wash jerseys separately from other items so zips or buttons won't pull or get caught on the jersey
  • Turn the jerseys inside out prior to hand washing to protect logos, names and embroidery
  • Use wash bags for extra protection
  • Use a gentle, mild, laundry detergent or liquid when hand washing your jersey and please avoid fabric softeners or any other laundry additives
  • Lay the jersey flat to dry in the shade ( just as you would any other garment made from delicate fabric)
  • Do not ever use a clothes dryer to dry your jersey.

PRE-ORDERS

Itasport occasionally offers pre-order on selected items. 

This allows customers to receive early access to our limited edition collections, and secure limited edition, popular and hard to secure items before they arrive.

Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival period. 

The date is an expected delivery date, and may change due to elements outside of Itasport's control. If the expected delivery date changes, we will notify you immediately and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

As most items sold on pre-order will sell out prior to the stock arriving, we cannot guarantee items advertised for pre-sale will become available online or in-store at a later date.

You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order and your items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our store.

We will email you with shipping confirmation and tracking once they’re on the way!

If your order includes both a pre-order item and other items, they may be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We understand that not everyone is comfortable with online shopping so if you would prefer to make your purchase over the phone not a problem!

Yes, we can assure you it is extremely safe to purchase online. 

When transacting via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology before being sent over the internet. 

If you are still unsure about sending your credit card to us via the Internet, then we suggest you use one of our additional payment methods such as direct bank transfer.

Our payment gateway will attempt to charge your nominated credit card at the confirmation point of your order. If you have ordered an item on pre-order, your order is processed immediately to confirm your item is reserved once stock arrives.

Yes! We do offer AfterPay as a payment option for your convenience.

ORDER PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION

Your order is important to us, and we aim to dispatch as fast as possible to get your order to you in the shortest possible time. Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your order to be dispatched as a priority.
In most cases, orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days however, there are exceptions to this:

  • If you have ordered a customised jersey or added a name / number to your order, please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched. The estimated delivery timeframe will be stated in the product description.
  • If you have ordered an item that is pre-order - please see the product description for the estimated delivery date.
  • If on the rare occasion that the item you ordered has sold out in store and we are waiting to receive further stock from our warehouse, the dispatch of your order may be delayed. We do aim to notify you as soon as possible if this is the case. 

If you require your order by a certain date (such as for a special occasion) please contact us via email at enquiries@italiansportswearcollection.com to confirm your order will arrive in time. We will do our best to accommodate you where possible!

If you have any concerns about your order don't hesitate to send us an email and we can check on the status for you and give you an update. We do try to make estimated delivery timeframes as clear as possible and will always contact you if there is a delay in shipping an item that is NOT pre-order or custom.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to allow you to track your delivery.

If you have not received your order confirmation or confirmation of dispatch notification, please be sure to check your spam, junk or promotions folder in case it has been filtered by your email provider.

If you would like us to resend your order confirmation or your confirmation of dispatch notification you can email our team at enquiries@italiansportswearcollection.comand we will be happy to resend it.

Please note if you have NOT entered your email at checkout and have instead elected to receive SMS notifications, you will only receive your order confirmation via SMS.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
An Important Note for Our International Customers:

Please note that the order status for international orders does take longer to update. Your order status will ONLY update once the “last mile” tracking number has been issued upon arrival in the destination country. 

Upon arrival in your country, our shipping partner (FedEx, DHL etc) will issue their own tracking number in preparation for receiving the parcel for local delivery. Your order status will update at this time and you will receive an automated email advising you of your tracking information so you can track your order as it gets closer to being delivered. If the tracking information shows the carrier is still waiting for the package this means the carrier is still waiting for the package to clear customs ready for delivery.

Please rest assured this is completely normal for international orders and if your order status has not yet updated as fulfilled, this does NOT mean your item has not been shipped. If there is any delay in shipping  your order, we will let you know right away.

Rest assured that we have full oversight over your parcel at all times and if your item is showing as being fulfilled but not displaying tracking information, it IS on it's way and a tracking number will be added by the local shipping partner in your country once they prepare to collect the package from customs.

In most cases, yes. There are however certain circumstances where you may receive your items seperately.

If your order includes both a pre-order item and other item(s), your order may be delivered in separate deliveries under different tracking numbers. There is no additional cost to you for postage.

If we do not have one of your items in stock, we may ship part of your order with the remaining item(s) to be shipped when we receive it in stock. We do aim to reflect accurate stock levels in our website however there are rare occasions where we may sell out of an item in store before we have a chance to update our online inventory.

In this instance, we will always notify you via email and give you the option to cancel this part of your order for a full refund if you do not want to wait for us to re-stock.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
When you track your parcel using the AusPost app or the Australia Post online tracking tool you will get an expected delivery date.

The expected delivery date takes into account extenuating circumstances such as busy periods and increased parcel volumes. Australia Post will update your tracking as your item progresses and send you a notification if it’s running late.

Australia Post will also send you a notification when the driver loads your item onto their vehicle on the day of delivery. You can check the latest expected delivery times for your location, by visiting the Australia Post website

We offer a 30 day no-hassle exchange and return policy for your peace of mind and will accept returns for any reason including change of mind. 

There may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from us. 

To allow you to shop with confidence, we offer a flexible, no-hassle exchange and return policy, providing the product is returned in the exact same condition as it was received within 30 days of the date of receipt of your purchase.

We accept exchanges and returns in store at our Leichhardt retail store and via post. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details and instructions on how to return or exchange an item.

Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jerseys with "custom" names and numbers such as your own name and number as the customisation is heat pressed to the garment and cannot be removed once applied.
