PROCESSING & DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
Preparation of your order is done with great care at Itasport.
Your order is important to us, and we aim to dispatch as fast as possible to get your order to you in the shortest possible time.
Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority.
In most cases orders are dispatched within 24 hours, however, if you have ordered a customised jersey please allow an additional 3 - 5 days for your order to be dispatched.
For products purchased on pre-order, please see our pre-order policy for further information on dispatch of pre-orders.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to allow you to track your delivery.
The expected delivery date takes into account COVID-19 restrictions and increased parcel volumes. Australia Post will update your tracking as your item progresses and send you a notification if it’s running late.
Australia Post will also send you a notification when the driver loads your item onto their vehicle on the day of delivery.
Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic & the current order volumes, all delivery and shipping carriers including Australia Post, are experiencing some delays. Itasport occasionally offers pre-order on selected items. This allows customers to receive early access to our limited edition collections, and secure items before they arrive.
Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival period. The date is an expected delivery date, and may change due to elements outside of Itasport's control.
You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. Your items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, and we’ll email you once they’re on the way.
Same Day Delivery and Click & Collect are not available on pre-order items.
If your order includes both a pre-order item and other items, your order may be delivered in separate deliveries under different tracking numbers. For your convenience, we offer free delivery via Australia Post anywhere within Australia for orders over $50AUD. For purchases less than $50 AUD a delivery fee of $9.95 AUD will be charged.
We offer the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for $9.95 for Australian delivery addresses.
Itasport offers both Standard International & Express International delivery to most international destinations.
Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address entered and the shipping option selected. Charges for international shipping vary according to the shipping zone in which the country of delivery is classified and the shipping option selected.
International shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
For deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post Parcel Post which provides full tracking information for you to track your delivery.
For international orders we use Australia Post Standard or International Express Post which both provide full tracking information for you to track your delivery.
By utilising Australia Post (‘Service’) you agree that:
You are aware of the risk of utilising the Service and agree that you are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
Australia Post will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and that it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at Australia Post’s sole discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in paragraph above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:
- where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
- where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
- where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.
