Italy's away shirt from the 1998 World Cup holds a distinctive place in Azzurri history, having been worn just once during the tournament in France. The Italy 1998 Away Jersey recalls the opening group match against Chile, when Roberto Baggio's late penalty secured a 2–2 draw after Italy had fallen behind to two goals from Marcelo Salas.
The match marked Baggio's return to the World Cup stage, four years after the heartbreak of USA '94. Alongside him was Christian Vieri, who opened the scoring against Chile and went on to finish the tournament with five goals. Under Cesare Maldini, Italy advanced to the quarter-finals before falling to eventual champions France in another painful penalty shootout.
With its predominantly white design and blue detailing, the away jersey offers a less commonly seen alternative to Italy's traditional azzurro. For supporters who remember France '98, it recalls the return of Baggio, the emergence of Vieri and a talented Italian generation whose World Cup ambitions ended narrowly.

Where player or personal name printing is included, the season-specific lettering is sourced and carefully applied—a process that requires precision and attention to detail.
Our estimated dispatch timeframe is 5–10 business days, with or without customisation. Some jerseys may be ready sooner, while preparation can take a few additional business days during peak periods or when order volumes are high.
